icons cannot exist inverse to a Movie, you tin change them to another icon. If you would like modify the shortcut to a picture, you would take convert the picture file to a .ico format, then browse to it.

After converting your image, you can right click the shortcut to YouTube, click Properties, Web Document tab, and then click Alter Icon

Browse to the icon y'all created.
Click Open
Click Apply and so OK
